Life Lived Full-Throttle. Meet GJ Silver.

GJ has spent a lifetime learning the terrain of intensity, freedom, and focus. Now he helps others rise through their own.

A Life Shaped by Wild Terrain

GJ’s path has always been defined by momentum; on the track, in the backcountry, and inside the pressure of fast-moving companies. He grew up chasing speed and instinct: motocross, snowboarding, board sports, anything that demanded full presence and honesty from the body.

That same Wild intensity followed him into adulthood. Sometimes it gave him clarity. Sometimes it pushed him past his edges. And like many high-performers, he learned the hard way that instinct without integration can take you further than your system is ready to go.

Over time, the Wild stopped being something he tried to outrun or overpower. It became something he learned to understand. A force that, when respected and integrated, could turn pressure into focus and uncertainty into direction.

This evolution is what shaped him into a guide.

He doesn’t coach from theory. He coaches from lived terrain. From every crash, pivot, breakthrough, and return.

Today, GJ helps others do what he had to learn himself: honor the Wild without letting it run the show, and turn instinct into a stable, coherent way of moving through life.

Leadership at the Highest Levels

Long before GJ became a coach, he spent more than two decades leading major programs, teams, and transformations inside companies where pressure is real and decisions matter.

His career includes senior roles at Microsoft, Impinj, Corbis Images, PlayNetwork, and Talking Rain Beverage Company, where he guided large cross-functional teams, drove digital transformation work, and navigated complex organizational dynamics.

These environments shaped his understanding of:

  • how people lead under stress

  • how instinct shows up in high-stakes decisions

  • how teams respond to clarity vs. chaos

  • and what it takes to move from reactivity to direction

GJ brings this experience into every coaching engagement.
He sees the patterns quickly, names what others miss, and helps leaders stabilize their internal system so their external leadership becomes sharper, calmer, and more effective.

This is where the Wild meets the workplace, and where leadership becomes embodied, not performed.

The Wild Types & Why GJ Does This Work

Every person carries a Wild signature: a core instinctive pattern that shapes how they move through pressure, freedom, risk, and change. Some people feel their Wild as a spark. Others feel it as a force that can take over their whole system.

GJ knows this landscape intimately. He is a Primary Wild himself, someone whose instinct, drive, and intensity were always just beneath the surface, pushing him toward speed, challenge, and possibility.

But like many Wilds, that power didn’t always express cleanly.

There were seasons where the Wild led through chaos instead of clarity, where the internal pressure ran hot, and where overwhelm or overdrive took the wheel. It took years of personal work, embodiment, and integration to learn how to channel that instinct into something steady, coherent, and deeply aligned.

That transformation is why he does this work.

He is passionate about helping Wilds because he is one.
He knows what it feels like when the Wild is powerful and when it’s overwhelming.
He knows how to stabilize it, honor it, and let it lead with precision rather than chaos.

Today, his Coherent Wild is the foundation of his coaching: present, instinctive, focused, and free; not because the Wild disappeared, but because it finally found its rightful place.

And he helps others do the same.
